Elmer Catering provide a comprehensive range of hog roasts in Wiltshire and surrounding areas. More details of our menus can be found below.
Option 1 - The Whole Hog - serves 100/120 people
Whole hog roasted to perfection carved from our heated stainless steel servery and served in a freshly baked white or wholemeal roll with hot sage and onion stuffing, homemade apple sauce and mouth watering crackling, disposable plates/serviettes and a fully qualified chef to carve and serve.
Option 2 - The Whole Hog - serves 100/120 people
Same as Option 1 with the addition of a mixed salad comprising of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber drizzled with French dressing and a large helping of our homemade coleslaw.
Option 3 - The Whole Hog - serves 100/120 people
Same as Option 1 with the addition of a freshly baked jacket potato with butter and a large helping of our homemade coleslaw.
Option 4 - We Cook, You Serve - serves 100/120 people
Whole roasted hog delivered piping hot to your venue from our mobile oven and comes with bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing, homemade apple sauce, serviettes, tablecloth, carving knife and tongs.
Option 5 - Whole Roasted Lamb - serves 40/50 people (can also come as a DIY option)
Succulent slow roasted whole lamb cooked and garnished with sprigs of rosemary and served in a freshly baked white or wholemeal roll with mint sauce, redcurrant jelly, jacket potato and homemade coleslaw or mixed salad.
Option 6 - Roast Rib/Topside/Quarter Hind - serves 50/200
Mouth watering beef slowly cooked to perfection and served in freshly baked rolls or baguettes or ciabattas with horse radish or whole grain mustard to complement.
Option 7 - The Royal Carvery - serves 200/1000
Whole roast hog plus whole roast lamb plus whole roast top side of beef. A trio of meats cooked to perfection and served from our heated serveries in freshly baked rolls, baguettes or ciabattas with sage and onion stuffing and sauces to complement. This option has the real 'wow factor' for any wedding, party or function when catering for a very large number of guests
Option 8 - Suckling Pig - serves 15/30
For smaller parties where a whole pig is too much why not try our famous tender suckling pig with baked apples, filled with sage and onion stuffing and presented on a platter. We can serve it on individual plates with salad or vegetables, jacket potatoes, baby new potatoes, or served into a freshly baked roll. This makes a perfect centre piece and is a fantastic talking point at any gathering.
