What makes us stand out from other hog roast caterers is the fact that our serveries can be used inside as well as out, therefore will fit in at any venue. All our serveries are made from stainless steel, have glass sneeze guards and are gas and electric certificated. All of which comply with our Health and Safety officer who has awarded us with a 5 star rating for our excellent standards. They are very brightly lit for maximum visual effect. Our serveries are fully mobile allowing them to be placed anywhere.

We have two mobile ovens both made to our own design in stainless steel. Our big oven will cook 4 large pigs (75kg) complete with heads on, or will cook any combination of meat for a varied menu. For example we could cook 1 pig, 2 lambs, 6 turkeys and 10 joints of beef simultaneously. This gives the organiser and customer a great deal of choice and looks very impressive once laid out in our brightly lit serveries under our professionally branded marquees - always a great talking point at any event!
